Hyeri is originally from South Korea and moved to Massachusetts during middle school. Currently in her junior year at Northeastern University, she is working towards a B.S. degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Design. Hyeri has recently begun her research journey as a Co-op student in Chiu Lab, focusing on the study of neurodegenerative diseases with guidance from Postdoctoral Researcher So Yoen Choi. Her future aspirations include attending dental school. Outside of academics, Hyeri finds joy in drawing and playing video games.
