# Kim and yangyang's paper published today in Science! This was a fruitful collaboration between our lab and Dr. Christophe Benoist's lab. Through a chemogenetic screen for neuroimmune interactions in the gut, we found a novel role for Trpv1+ nociceptors in suppressing T regulatory cells in the gut. This finding connects pain signaling with Treg function.
